Atlantic Health System has an opportunity for a Full Time Unit Associate in the Emergency Department at our Overlook Medical Center location. The shift is 1pm to 1am including every third weekend.

Reports directly to the RN, answers phones; places calls for consults, transfer center. patient transfers, critical code stroke or code stemi call; acknowledges physician orders; answers call bells and notifies RN; greets patients and families; unit rounding; clinical audits; including handwashing; computer experience and medical terminology experience required; proper telephone etiquette; monitors supply levels; stocking supplies; coordinates physician on-call schedule; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Education Required:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience Required:

Unit Associate experience required
