Atlantic Health System is seeking a Assistant Manager, Medical Imaging, for our Union Campus.
Position oversees outpatient imaging department that provides services to outpatient and emergency department. Modalities include CT, X-ray, US, MRI, Mammo and DEXA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performs and Provides treatments that follow State, Federal and professional standards.
Demonstrates knowledge of all imaging equipment and procedures.
Works with department leadership to develop/review policies, procedures and protocols as needed.
Responsible for all ED and outpatient operations on shift.
Responsible for staff scheduling and performance reviews.
Follow ALARA and image gently campaign.
Knowledge of EPIC a plus.
Demonstrates AHS PRIDE values.
Exceptional customer service skills a must.
Candidate skillset must include advanced imaging certification
Physical must be able to work on your feet for 7.5 hours per day including heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of at least 20 lbs
Completion of AMA approved Radiology Program required
CT/MRI registered preferred
Current ARRT and NJ State License required
1+ years of previous Leadership experience storngly preferred
