SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under direction of the Vice President Revenue Cycle & Managed Care, manages all aspects of hospital and professional managed care contracting, including contract modeling, language, term and renewals, escalations, and negotiations with payers. Oversees payer underpayments, performance scorecards, and compliance with contract terms. Partners with internal stakeholders including Finance, Revenue Cycle, members of Meritas Health Corporation, Home Health, Case Management, and other clinical partners, and represents NKCH and Meritas Health Corporation in ACO discussions. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-7 years Managed care experience required. EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Related Field, Preferred: Masters - Business Administration
