We have a great opportunity for NEW Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners to join a cohort in a Urgent Care Boot Camp Program designed to provide the urgent care skillset needed to excel in our urgent care centers.

Our practice model brings together board-certified Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in innovative treatment centers, with the resources and support of ChristianaCare behind them. We are the front door to quality connected care.

The ideal candidate for this program must have a strong desire for this specialty. It is helpful to have a prior background such as a paramedic/EMT, scribe, RN in the ED, extra electives/rotations in the ER/urgent care.
