Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem Certified Nurse Midwife to work at the Issaquah and Ballard locations. This team aims to eliminate health disparities and improve perinatal outcomes through independent, anti-racist, trauma-informed, evidence-based midwifery care. This is a caring team of midwives who collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery. In this role, you can choose the shifts you want to work and will help the group manage 40-50 deliveries per month in a large tertiary care center. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-oriented, and can work independently with minimal support.
- Experienced full-scope midwife preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
- AMCB Certification, active DEA, WA State RN/ARNP license and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required.
- Mix of perinatal care, GYN problem visits and annual exams, family planning, and lactation
- Compensation is between $59.37 and $73.36 per hour per hour
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
