DescriptionSummary:The team leader will perform current duties as a Patient Access Rep and perform additional duties as assigned. The team leader must be impartial and motivate the team to perform at it's best. The team leader must encourage the team members to help each other and be a mentor to other team members. The team leader must also take initative of bringing the team members closer. The team leader is the face of very team as well as the organization. The team leader must encourage the team to meet collection, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals. Requirements:High school diploma preferred or equivalent requiredSuccessful completion of the core educational curriculum "Excellence at the Front End"
