Return medicalrecords. Att ach HIPPA/Medicaredocuments to the encounter forms.Check-in patient upon arrival in the practice. Identify correctpatient information in Maestr o Care.Verify patient demographic data. Edit Maestro Care as needed.Accu rately identify the appropriateaccount for patient visit. Present and ed ucate patients on requiredforms and obtain signature asrequired by polic y and procedure. Completes all Maestro Care check-infiles and manage all appropriate alerts. Collect and post co-payments and balances onaccounts due. Imprint all patientcards as indicated by procedure. Coordinate all labs/procedures asrequested. Maintain privatephysician office charts.in Maestro Care.of cash to be collectedbased on insurance plan.
Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles normally acquired through high school education
