These Clinical Pharmacist positions are part of pharmacy service in VA Boston Healthcare System. They are located in the inpatient and outpatient pharmacies at our Boston, West Roxbury and Brockton Campuses. The primary function is the screening, interpretation and dispensing of medication orders utilizing expertise assuring patients receive optimum drug therapy after all physical, clinical and economic factors have been considered. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
