Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the Cardiac Imaging Department at Morristown Medical Center to work various shift.
Responsibilities
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- AHS is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Cardiovascular Imaging Centers supporting office and imaging centers throughout the Atlantic Health System Morristown/Overlook/Chilton regions.
- Selected candidate will be responsible for registration of patients, insurance verification, scheduling, and phone management.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
- Registration, insurance authorization and/or private practice front end experience preferred Experience with EPIC Cadence or Cupid strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills
- Candidate should be flexible with start and end time of day based on needs of patient scheduling.
- Travel between sites in the AHS area may be is preferred based on staffing needs.
