Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Translates concepts into practice
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse license
• Active unrestricted US (United States) RN (Registered Nurses) license
• At least 1 - 2 years of hospital experience in the appropriate clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• MCG Training/ Certification (if applicable)
• URAC (Utilization Review Accreditation Commission) Training/ Certification (if applicable)
• BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience related to Case Management and or Utilization Management
• Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid Services
