JOB SUMMARY: The Trauma Registry Manager (TRM) performs concurrent chart review and extrapolates data for complete and accurate database of identified trauma patients. The TRM develops and implements quality assurance processes to evaluate care and cost factors of trauma care as well as accuracy of data being submitted to local, state and national registries. This manager is able to perform all skills and tasks as a Trauma Registrar, as well as supervise the day-to-day operations including productivity, and performance improvement activities of the Trauma Registry and Trauma Coordinators.
