DescriptionThe Patient Care Technician Academy is a 6-week long training program that utilizes classroom and on unit teachings to prepare Associates for the work they will face once on unit permanently. This program is for applicants who are new to healthcare and do not have any prior experience as a Nurse Assistant, hold certificate of completion from approved Nurse Assistant training program, or those who are currently enrolled in a nursing program.
