Overview Atlantic health System is seeking a full-time Sterile Processing Technician for the Central Sterile Supply Department at Overlook Medical Center to work 3pm - 11pm, including rotating weekends. Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities:The cleaning, disinfection, decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of medical and surgical instruments, case cart assembly and distribution, the care and distribution of patient care equipment, and maintaining the sterile processing areas. Must demonstrate proficiency and teamwork in all areas of the Sterile Processing Department. Follow instructions to ensure quality metrics and standards are met. Able to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
