The Nemours Center for Advanced Practice is seeking an experience APRN leader to fulfill the Director of Advanced Practice role. This position is responsible for the development and promotion of Advanced Practice Nursing within the Delaware Valley. Essential Responsibilities: Provides leadership, supervision, and management for Advanced Practice Nurse Supervisors, Advanced Practice Nurses, and Specialty Nurses. Champions and fosters collaborative relationships with academic partners and regional nursing professional organizations Collaborates with Director of Physician Assistants to promote development of advanced practice teams
