Career Center

Supervises the training and onboarding of Mercy Flight staff. Stays current in evidence based practices and works in tandem with the program Medical Director to review protocols and their adherence within the electronic health record. Works in collaboration with the leadership of the service line to create a professional practice environment that focuses on the needs of both staff and customers. Supports performance improvement activities within the department and assists with daily operations of the service line. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
