Anesthesia Technician II-FT /Day Shift (Ben Taub Hospital)
The Anesthesia Technician II (AT II) proficiently performs a variety of activities that support the Anesthesiology Service. The AT II assists anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with the technical preparation for inducing anesthesia, intubation, and airway management. The AT II demonstrates and role models personal and professional effectiveness.Minimum QualificationsEducation/Licensure/Specialized Training:Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an Anesthesia Technology program preferred.Licensure/Certification: Certified Anesthesia Technician required. Work Experience: Two (2) years related experience required.
