OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Talent Program Manager to join our Human Resources team. Unit/Position SummaryThe Talent Program Manager will work across the organization by creating and expanding a continual learning experience for St. Luke's employees to create a best in class workforce. This Program Manager will be a key leader for many of St. Luke's Health System strategic programs supporting multiple talent initiatives to include but not limited to emotional and mental health resources. Will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to manage the design, development, and implementation of specific initiatives and policies.Responsibilities Assess, develop, implement, evaluate, and manag
