JOB SUMMARYThe Nursing Clinical Excellence Manager Registered Nurse (RN) is designated by the entity's Chief Nursing Officer, and on his/her behalf leads and coordinates activities related to the hospital's journey to Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation. The Nursing Clinical Excellence Manager is well versed on all Magnet and/or Pathway to Excellence standards and acts as a resource and liaison between the CNO and others to assess and facilitate organization readiness.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEEnsures that the infrastructure and processes for achieving Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation are developed and sustained. Including providing input or participating in budgeting resources to support Nursing E
