Position SummarySeeking an experienced clinical RN to work alongside bedside nurses on our Neurology/Transplant/Urology and Ortho/Trauma/Pulmonary units. This role is primarily during a late afternoon to night shift. Must have BSN. Must have a national certification or open to attaining one within 6 months. Must also have at least 5 years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting. The incumbent will need to have leadership experience, a strong clinical skill set, change agent mentality, and passion for quality and safety. Strong clinical experience along with education, collaboration and quality/safety work is required.
