Position Summary: Cone Health is seeking highly motivated clinical Pharmacist(s) to fill several openings in our service lines for cardiology, shared clinical services on second and third shifts.  Successful candidates should have advanced knowledge and expertise to quickly assess clinical data and deliver direct patient care for the variety of diseases that are treated at Cone Health.  These positions are accountable for the management of all aspects of medication-use processes, including but not necessarily limited to, the following: Interpret and verify the appropriateness of provider entered medication orders according to individualized patient needs.
