Nemours is seeking a Pastoral Care Program Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE. The Program Manager supports operations of the pastoral care program, provides clinical pastoral care to patients and families, maintains the staffing resources to provide pastoral care services, oversees the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program including maintenance of standards for accreditation, and develops programs to assist patients, families, and staff.
