DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant II Floater for the Department of Urology, primary responsibilities include answering, screening, and responding to patient phone calls; scheduling and confirming clinic appointments; and assisting patients with the coordination of diagnostic tests. Additional duties involve preparing charts and documents for clinic visits, filing, processing requests for medical records and medication refills, and supporting the completion of insurance pre-certifications, referral authorizations, disability forms, and return-to-work documentation.
