This practice prioritizes work/life balance with a call schedule of 1:5 and a 4-day work week. This is a lucrative opening offering income into the $450K range through a combination of base salary, call pay, and incentives. The Position: 180-bed hospital averages 600 deliveries per year Practice alongside 2 OB/GYN's, 2 Midwives, and1 WHNP - Midwives share in call/deliveries Schedule of 3 clinic days per week and 1 GYN surgery day per week Option to utilize a da Vinci Robot Compensation includes a Base Salary up to $400K with incentives into the $450-475K range Sign-on package up over $100K, Relocation
