DescriptionWe are looking for an organized and proactive UCLA student to join the UCLA Psychiatry Staff Office. This role will provide clerical and administrative support to the Psychiatry Residency and multiple Fellowship Programs. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, filing, sorting mail, preparing materials for events, and managing office supplies. The role also involves handling deliveries across campus, maintaining electronic and physical files, assisting with inventory, lecture coordination, and responding to inquiries from trainees and guests. This is position will also support ongoing projects related to orientation, recruitment, and employee offboarding, and special projects as they arise.
