DescriptionSummary:The Licensed Vocational Nurse assists the Physician in the delivery of patient care. The LVN is responsible for administering direct patient care, treatments as ordered by the physician and administering medications as outlined by hospital policy and procedure. Responsibilities:Appraises client?s status and situation at hand, contributing to a comprehensive assessment by the Provider. Supports ongoing data collection.
