Job SummaryGeisinger, one of the premier tertiary medical systems on the east coast, serving the northeast and central Pennsylvania regions, is recruiting a per diem OB Hospitalist to join the team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center (GWV) in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will be a great team player, experience working with midwives and residents and enjoys co-managing with them. In this role you will focus on giving inpatient care to pregnant women, managing labor and delivery on both an emergency and routine basis. GWV averages 2000 deliveries per year and is also supported by a level III NICU.
