CT and Xay Tech Full Time Days Position Summary
Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI activities. Must work with affiliated Radiologic Sciences students from surrounding schools.
Qualifications:THE CT AND XRAY TECH FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
Education:
1. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.).
2. Certified by the State of South Carolina to practice and administer radiation.
Experience: One (1) year of experience under a board certified radiologist preferred.
Other Qualifications: Current BLS certification.
