UPMC Central PA in Harrisburg is seeking full-time Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to help launch our new inpatient unit in the heart of downtown Harrisburg. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality behavioral health program from the ground up.
You will collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatric physicians and behavioral health executive leadership to help build a successful, engaged, and sustainable inpatient program. About the Position:
· Opportunity to launch and build a brand-new inpatient psychiatry unit from the ground up
· Be part of the development and growth of a new program, offering adult beds and adolescent beds, with appropriate physician coverage and support
· Collaborate closely with a strong physician partner at launch, with planned growth including a range of clinical programs with full multidisciplinary team support
· Teaching opportunities with the chance to work with learners

Physician Qualifications:
· Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
· Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary care team
