Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving, well-established outpatient practice in Southeast Kansas. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with the support of a large, integrated health system.

Practice Highlights

• 100% Outpatient - No inpatient responsibilities
• Flexible Schedule - Option for 4-day work week, no weekends
• Minimal Call - Average of 1 after-hours call every 3 months, supported by Mercy On-Call
• Established Team - 1 experienced physician, 1 APP, RN, MA, and full office support staff
• Modern Facility - Beautiful clinic built in 2015, on-site lab, hospital nearby for imaging
• Technology - System-wide EPIC EHR and DAX (Dragon Ambient Experience) provided
• Teaching Opportunities - Medical student education available

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary - $300,000 for 2 years
