Seeking a compassionate NP/PA for Guthrie's established Endocrinology Clinic

Highlights of the Position

• Outpatient practice at Guthrie Ithaca City Harbor Clinic
• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients throughout the continuum of care. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with various endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid conditions.
• Educating patients on diabetes self-management, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
• Diabetes teaching unit with a pump program supported by Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Nurses, and Registered Dietitians.
• Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
• Well-established practice with strong internal and external referral base

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
• Starting salary: $110,000 - $115,000
